Admin and Financial Officer Urgent!
Responsibilities:
1) General office administration of the Department and of the Division which includes arrangement of Business Trips.
2) Budget control and expenses reporting.
3) Compliance documentation and reporting
4) Other admin or project work assigned
Requirements:
Diploma holder with at least 2 years but no more than 8 years of experience in a similar admin job in the Financial Sector.
Candidate successful in this role is a team player, can multi-task effectively, is efficient and meticulous. Microsoft office applications hands-on knowledge (for example, MS Words/Excel/ PowerPoint etc.) is essential.
