HR Officer/Payroll/Admin/MNC/$2500-$3000
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in HR functions such as support in HR Administrative functions
* Payroll processing using EasyPay Entreprise
* Assist to formulate HR initiatives to ensure smooth & effective operations of the HR department
* Process and follow up with insurer on employee’s medical claims
* Process overtime hours records & report
* Update / delete employee’s data in the time management system
* Staff attendance management
* Monitor unpaid leave application for payroll deduction purpose
* Handles online work pass application
* Assist in other duties as and when required by superior
Requirements
* Diploma or equivalent with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
* Knowledge in Easypay software will be an advantage
* Excellent planning & organising skills with high proficiency in MS Office applications especially Excel
* Good knowledge of the statutory requirements such as Singapore Employment Act
* Good knowledge of statutory submissions such as childcare, reservist, maternity leave
* Resourceful, reliable & can contribute pro-actively to the HR department
* Meticulous & pleasant with good interpersonal communication & problem solving skills
Working Hours:
8.30am – 6.00pm ( Mon-Thurs)
8.30am – 5.30pm (Fri)
Monthly Remuneration:
$2,500 – $3,000
