VHQ, a Group of leading post production companies in South East Asia invites suitably qualified applicants to join our team as:
Accountant/Assistant Accountant
The ROLE
* Manage and lead a team of accounting individuals in the day-to-day operations of the accounting team
* Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual Financial reports
* Review and analyze monthly financial statements and management reports
* Provide and interpret financial information to the management
* Familiar of GST reporting and submission
* Manage company’s cash flow requirements
* Prepare quarterly/ half-yearly and yearly P&L and cash flow
* Fixed assets management
* Handle annual statutory audit, tax and corporate secretarial matters
* Work closely with the external tax agents on tax planning
* Ensure all corporate governance requirements are met
The Pre-Requisites
* Degree in Accountancy/ ACCA finalist
* At least 5 years of financial accounting experience, including 3 years at the management level
* Familiar with FRS reporting
* Knowledge and experience in MYOB
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure/ tight deadlines
* Ability to hands-on and knowledgeable
