ACCOUNTING MANAGER
You will be reporting to the Financial Controller, oversee the Finance Department and managing all operational and transactional accounting matters on the following areas:
Responsibilities:
1) MAINTAIN GENERAL LEDGER (GL-SINGAPORE/TAIWAN/KOREA/CHINA/MALAYSIA)
* Key in Journal Vouchers
* Perform monthly closing and prepare monthly schedules
* Printing of monthly Financial Statement in ACCPAC system
* Winding down Taiwan/China and Korea
2) MAINTAIN FIXED ASSETS REGISTER
3) PREPARE YEAR END AUDIT SCHEDULE AND CLOSE THE FINANCIAL YEAR
4) ANALYSIS OF ACCOUNTING DATA AND RECONCILIATIONS
5) MAJOR EXPORTER SCHEME ACCOUNTING RECORD
6) QUARTERLY GST TAX REPORTS
7) OTHER AD-HOC REPORTING AND ADIMISTRATIVE DUTIES
BUDGET AND FORECAST
9) MANAGE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE LADY FOR LTX HEAD OFFICE AND LOCAL INVOICING
10) MANAGE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE LADY
Requirements:
* Degree in Accountancy or ACCA.
* At least 3-5 years relevant working experience in Finance dept.
* Knowledge of ACCPAC is a MUST/Preferred
* Good team player and able to work independently
* Salary range from S$4K – S$5K
