Intercompany Accountant (US Based High Tech MNC)

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you are responsible for:
* Responsible for the calculation of MDF, Price Protection and Promotion claims from third party vendors (3PP)
* Submit all claims to vendors for approval on a timely basis
* Raise the necessary debit notes to vendors after obtaining vendor approval
* Update claim information on all systems to ensure proper tracking records
* Regular follow-up on all claims to ensure proper closure
* Work closely with Global Supply Management (GSM) Team for vendor management issues
* Work closely with AP Team to review vendor balances
* Other improvement / expansion projects
Requirements:
* Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
* At least 5 years of related commercial working experience, of which at least 3 years are in a fast-paced MNC environment
* Experience with the SAP system will be an advantage
* Meticulous with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Mature, responsible, driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skill
