Chief Financial Officer
Applications are sought for the position of Chief Financial Officer in a Singapore based company operating in the construction and property development sector.
Chief Financial Officer
As the Chief Financial Officer, you will supervise a team of finance and accounting staff, covering all accounting, financial and compliance reporting, tax and treasury matters. You will also be involved in implementing internal controls and setting up corporate governance structure.
You are also expected to liaise with external parties such as auditors, bankers, lawyers and regulatory authorities.
More importantly, you can also look forward to being part of the team preparing for the listing of the company.
Requirements:
* Professional accounting qualifications and a CPA
* At least 10 years of relevant experience with supervisory role
* Familiar with the SGX-ST Listing Manual
* Preferably have working experience in SGX listed companies and/or IPO preparation
* Preferably have experience in the construction and property development sector
