Our client , an Established Bank in Singapore having call centre in Alexandra & Toa Payoh. They have immediate vacancies for:-
BANK SPECIALIST ( CUSTOMER SERVICE /CALL CENTRE )
Key Responsibilities
To provide “one-stop” banking solutions to inbound call-in customers over the telephone. Your role includes providing comprehensive, financial advisory services to customers through active promoting and cross-selling full range of consumer financial products. A comprehensive training programme will be provided. In our Contact Centre, there are good prospects , EXCELLENT BENEFIT , ANNUAL LEAVE and ample opportunities to learn and develop your potential in A GROWING BANKING INDUSTRY. Shortlisted applicants will undergo 4 weeks of Product Training with Paid Salary. Applicants MUST have KEEN INTEREST in a CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED high level consumer call-in environment.
Requirements
* FRESH DEGREE holder who has excellent PERSONALITY , COMMUNICATION & WRITTEN SKILL preferred
* Excellent communications and interpersonal skills A MUST
* A good team player with a passion towards providing quality customer service

* Working Location : Training in Alexandra and posted to Toa Payoh Call Centre
* Working Hour : 8 hours , 3 rotating shift duties ( 24 hours operating ) , rotating monthly night shift from 11pm to 8am expected
* Salary : S$ 2200 basic (FRESH Degree) to S$ 2500 ( with Call Centre Experience ) + Allowance S$ 300 + Annual Leave + Medical + OT claim + Taxi Claim etc
