Technical Executives
Duties :
* You will be part of a team to provide facilities management services our client located in the East and West part of Singapore.
* You will be involved in the overall maintenance of the complex, technical inspections & audits, supervising contractors on project & rectification works, etc.
* You will investigate, check and analyse reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
Requirements:
* Diploma in Building Services Engineering / REB / FMB / IBT / M & E or equivalent
* 1- 2 years’ of relevant working experience
* Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Service orientated mindset
