The key responsibilities will involve:
* Business Leads Generation – Generate new business avenues and grow the existing portfolio of clients by partnering industry leaders.
* Business Development & Presentations – Business meetings with new clients and deliver effective presentations.
* Effectual Account Management – Create and maintain strong working relationship with clients through the provision of efficient services.
* Business Partnering – Provide strategic consulting advice to top “C” level executives and partner them in delivering corporate talent sourcing projects in Asia Pacific.
* Career Advisory Services – Conduct face-to-face interviews with potential candidates and render further advice on their career positioning given the market conditions. Gain a thorough understanding of what candidates look for and assess the fit between candidates and our clients’ needs.
Successful applicants should fulfill the following criteria:
* A degree holder from a recognized university.
* 2 to 4 years working experience in any of the Big4 / CPA firms/ Financial Institutions.
* Experienced or flair in liaising with senior professionals.
* Energetic & cheerful individual who enjoys working in a team-oriented, open & meritocratic environment.
* Possess high initiative, self-motivated and goal-driven.
* Possess effective interpersonal and communication skills
* Good command of English
