Financial Analyst
Job Responsibilities
* Supports the affiliate financial planning and reporting functions
* Prepares Affiliate, Regional and Area reporting templates and performs broad analytics in order to
enhance the quality of submissions
* Monitors capital and operating spending to facilitate budget control and optimal asset allocation
* Partners with commercial team to facilitate integrated analyses
* Identifies individual, team and business process improvement opportunities in order to enhance
productivity
* Manages the preparation of forecasting tools, facilitate critical forecasting and stock replenishments
* Maintains locally operated data systems by gathering, proofing and integrating data from multiple
sources
* Owns the preparation and timely submission of multiple corporate reports including Planning and
Update cycles, through the ability to learn and understand data
* Monitor spending and work with affiliate stakeholders to understand future potential commitments, so
as to facilitate forward looking planning while meeting budgets
* Special projects as directed by the FP&A Manager
Qualification:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business
* Minimum 2 years relevant experience in a finance or data intensive role
* Advanced Excel spreadsheet skills
* Possesses keen inquisitiveness and thirst for knowledge
* Able to learn data relationships and cross references in large complex spreadsheets so as to understand data contexts
* Highly passionate and self motivated individual who drives for success in a highly demanding but
fulfilling work environment
