Established Asian MNC seeking for a consolidation accountant for Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore region. Lucrative business portfolio!
Consolidation Accountant
Responsibilities
* Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual group consolidation package and management reporting
* Evaluate the impact of new and revised accounting standards
* Assist to set up and implement consolidation software to use within the Group
* Review monthly accounts of subsidiaries within the group
* Advise and provide support to the region and country finance teams on selected finance policies and procedures
* Liaise with external agents on statutory reporting, secretarial and tax matters
* Assist in admin and other ad hoc duties as assigned by the line manager when necessary
Requirements
* Bachelor in Accounting / Finance / ACCA or equivalent
* 2 – 3 years experience in handling group consolidation
* Good understanding of FRS
* Knowledge of ERP software would be an advantage
* Individual who works independently with good judgment
* Proactive, hands-on, resourceful and
* Good interpersonal & communication skills
