Snr Executive / Manager (Regulations Development)
This role is part of a global team that manages the development of operating regulations in support of business initiatives such as new or updated products, systems, services, programs, or other projects globally. The successful candidate will ensure that all drafted regulations are consistent with the company’s philosophy, adapt to market-driven change, and account for potential downstream impacts before their final presentation to the company’s Operating Regulations Committee for approval. Successful candidate will provide consulting services to business sponsors at all levels of the global organization on concept and rule development, proposal review and approval, and publication of operating regulations language required to implement business initiatives. In addition, the candidate would need to ensure that all appropriate approvals and processes are documented and managed. Lastly, he/she will provide external clients and internal staff with accurate interpretation and analysis of operating regulations and act as a full project team member for assigned projects as required.
Requirements
* At least a tertiary graduate
* Possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills
* Good ability to negotiate and influence different points of view at all levels of the organization to achieve a common business goal
* Excellent global relationship-building and networking skills
* Self-motivation and commitment to solving problems and driving results in uncertain or ambiguous situations
* Experience in working in cross-functional global teams
* Organized and process-minded
