Treasury Manager / Supervisor
We are currently seeking for an Assistant Treasury Manager / Treasury Manager
Responsibilities
- Set-up operations for a treasury hub in Singapore covering APAC countries (Coverage ex India, China, Japan)
- Run the operations and conduct liquidity management of APAC entities including cash pooling, financing structures, documentation
- Optimize banking environment (accounts, relationship management etc) conduct negotiations with banks and financial insititutions
- Provide advice on guidelines and regulatory enivironment; execute financial governance of company group
- Conduct and assist in financial planning cycles
- Optimize financing structures (InterCo Loans, credit facilities)
- Support M&A projects
- Execute other projects upon demand
Requirements
- Tertiary education (major; finance, business administration etc)
- Preferably 3-5 years professional track record in finance/treasury, accounting, controlling or banking
- Strong communication skills – able to interact smoothly with HQ, Banks etc
- Working experience with Multinational companies’ organizations and their provesses
- Good command of spoken and written English; good IT skills (Treasury Management system, MS office, excel)
- ABle to work independently and entrepreneurial attitude
- Hands on approach to problem solving and ability to work under pressure with high performance team
- Ability to communicate with many different kinds of people effectively
