KEY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (FMCG INDUSTRY)
Responsibilities :
* The person have responsibility on the management of Key Account Customers as well as cooperating with the sales operation team to achieve the set sales and profitability targets
* Account responsible will include the Group namely Cold Storage, Shop N Safe, Giant, 7-Eleven , Guardian, NTUC, Watsons, Carrefour.
* Responsible for developing Customer Business Plan to achieve annual sales and profitability targets
* Primary jobs include sales promotion planning and implementation, demand forecast, business reviews, customer growth strategy sell-in and execution, trading terms negotiation and facilitating in-store execution
* Build strong working relationships with key segment customers, identify market objectives within the region and support development and implementation of collaborative business plans
* Effectively lead and manage the key account team and work collaboratively with the relevant departments
Requirements :
* Minimum 1 year relevant experience in the FMCG industry.
* Excellent Key Account Management experience in a FMCG company
* Experience in customer service excellence and sales operation effectiveness
* Results oriented and proactive behaviour with minimum supervision
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent team player and the ability to influence others towards achieving greater performance
Working Hours / Location / Salary
* 5 days week (Mon-Fri) 8.30am – 6.00pm
* Joo Seng Road
