Settlement Manager – Cambodia

Our client is a well known player in a number of diversified businesses with an established brand name. With its strong sense of entrepreneurship and as part of their strategic expansion, they are now looking to recruit a Settlement Manager to be part of their exciting growth where you will be responsible for the followings:
* Oversees redemption transactions in terms of examines and validates prize claims; disburses cash; issues checks for large prizes
* Reconciles daily sums banked to sums entered on the Lottery system
* Prepares cash statement and audits cash drawer, tickets sold, and prizes paid out on a daily basis
* Monitors various settlement and inventory systems for accuracy and exceptions based processing. Assessed and rectified daily settlement discrepancies
* Develops and implements Lottery settlement strategies, policies and procedures and ensure compliances
* Develops and maintains various settlement reports
* Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates the service work plan; assign projects/works and programmatic responsibilities; review and evaluate work methods and procedures; meet with staff to identify and resolve problems
* Defines the role and responsibilities of each staff in the department to set clear expectations for staff, minimizing conflict and confusion
To qualify for this position, you should have a Degree in Business Administration or an equivalent education with at least 5 years of working experience. You must have a thorough knowledge of statues, regulations, policies, procedures and operation either in Lottery, Securities or the Funds Business. This role will be based in Cambodia and it is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are keen to seek international experience and exposure.
