Contract Internal Auditor (SOX) – Immediate!
Responsibilities:
* Perform SOX documentation, walkthrough and operating effectiveness testing for in-scope processes
* Assess risks that may impact the effectiveness of internal controls over the financial reporting process and identify controls in place to mitigate these risks
* Identify potential control deficiencies for the processes under review
* Provide process owners with recommendations to improve the relevant internal control deficiencies and report the findings to the SOX Project Management Officer
* Follow up the status of implementation of audit recommendations and assess the residual risks
* Liaise with external auditors during the SOX review process
Requirements:
* Degree in Accounting or MBA equivalent
* Professional qualification e.g. CPA, CFA etc. is preferred
* Possess strong communication and analytical skills
* At least 4 years of audit experience, with SOX experience an advantage
* Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period
