Senior Financial Analyst I
Responsibilities:
- Labor rate calculation, management and labor utilization
- Headcount reporting, manage financial hierarchies, re-mapping and O&O as needed
- Deep dive into Delivery costs to improve cost structure of Regular, Contract and BAS resources. Thorough cost base analysis and Productivity improvement initiatives
- Month end close co-ordination with countries / Global Apps Finance / mPhasis/ BAS
- Red project support for all APJ Delivery Assurance leaders.
- Risk reserve management, review and associated Balance sheet process
- Revenue recognition – Apps accounting complexities
- Compass specialist / roll out lead
- Ad hoc decision support analysis
Requirements:5-10yrs experiences
Strong English communciation ability
Independently
at least to be hands on and detailed while at the same time, be able to see the big picture and communicate in a concise and crisp manner. Communication skills are critical
