ACCOUNTS & ADMIN EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
Accounting
* Full set of accounts
* Prepare monthly financial reporting
* Assist in inventory control
HR & Administrative
* Payroll administration
* Maintaining P-files of employees, leave administration
* Posses and verify overtime claims
* Handle work pass application, renewal and cancellation
* Sourcing, purchasing and manage office equipments and supplies
* General office administration duties
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy / HR Management or equivalent.
* Accounting software knowledge will be added as advantage
* 2-3 years of working experience in the related field
* Able to work independent with minimum supervision
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & words)
* Organized, responsible and able to multi-task
* Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
* Bilingual in English & mandarin to liaise with English & mandarin speaking customer
* 5 days week
