Accounts Assistant cum Administration clerk
Job Responsibilities
Accounts Duties:
* Processing invoice/payment, expense claims & reimbursements
* Preparing bank reconciliations
* Preparation of month-end reports
* Accounts preparation (assisting Managers in preparing accounts)
Administrative Duties:
* Handle incoming calls and take messages
* General maintenance of filing system
* Perform daily admin duties and other internal support when required.
* Making travel arrangements & arrangement for Visas etc
* Handle other Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years relevant accounting experience
* GCE ‘O’ Level / CAT / LCCI Certificates
* Proficient in MS office and accounting software skills
* Smart, meticulous and fast approach
* Only Singaporeans, Singapore PR and Malaysians need apply
* Able to start work immediately

Working Hours: 9.30am to 6.30pm (Mon to Fri)
