Our client is a leading Japanese MNC in FMCG industry.
Accountant
Responsibilities:
* Reviews and prepares financial statements and accounting reports for management and BODs.
* Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
* Prepare monthly segment P&L report and margin analysis report.
* Resolve Accounting discrepancies and irregularities
* Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses.
* Coordinate and liaise with Internal and/or external auditor, tax officer etc
* Liaise with bank officer for day to day banking matters.
* Oversees the work of professional staff by making and reviewing work assignments, establishing priorities, coordinating activities and resolving related work problems.
Requirements:
* ACCA/Degree holder in Accountancy or CPA
* 3 to 5 years experience in FMCG Industry
* Experience in handling full set of books
* Able to collect and organize accounting data, interpret its significance and prepare accurate financial reports.
* Able to present accounting data in a clear and understandable manner to reader or user.
* Ability to analyze and recommend improvements in accounting systems (if necessary)
* Develop guidelines (if necessary) for the maintenance and reconciliation of financial data, maintain and reconciles the more difficult financial control records for expenditures, allotments, receipts and encumbrances.
* Strong interpersonal skills and able to meet tight deadline
* Location: Benoi
* Working hours: 8.00am – 5.30pm (Mon-Fri)
