Due to business expansion, our client is currently looking for
Accountant (Attractive Remuneration, Retail Industry, MNC, 5 Days, Central)
Responsibilities:
* Reporting to CFO
* Oversee the full set accounts function and provide support on the new initiatives, interfaces or enhancements for the financial system which arise from new business needs or policy changes
* Supervise accounting staff in the finance and administration department
* Oversee the monthly closing of accounts
* Involved in financial and management reports
* Consolidation of accounts to include branches and expenses analysis
* Prepare GST returns, audit schedules and statistical reports
* Ensure internal controls are in place and review their effectiveness
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking, Others or equivalent
* At least 2 – 3 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
* Good working knowledge of financial operations and Oracle System
* Job role in Management / Cost Accounting/Business Analyst or Financial Accounting & Reporting
* Bilingual in English and Mandarin
* Willing to relocated globally
