Credit Control Officer x 3
SGD 2500 – 3200
Responsibilities:
* Contact customers; send follow-up enquiries. Negotiate with past due accounts for debt recovery.
* Ensure invoices send out to customers on timely basis.
* Responsible for updating customer receipts; bank fees & creating Proforma Invoice.
* Resolve customers’ account issues by timely communication and interaction with customers and sales persons from the regional countries and process adjustments.
* Assist in credit hold release.
* Review and ensure GST is bill correctly on customer invoice
* Required to undertake ad-hoc projects which may be assigned by management from time-to-time.
Requirements:
* Diploma holders or equivalent with min 1 year experience in Accounts Receivables or Credit Control.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Good command of English is essential
* Experience in Oracle Financial would be an advantage.
