Orchard 290 Ltd, owner and manager of shopping centres, is looking for:
EXECUTIVE (FINANCE)
Responsibilities:
* Responsible in the preparation and maintenance of full-set of accounts
* Handles vendor payments and staff reimbursements, to check and verify staff claims and all payables in line with company policies
* Monitor AR aging and receipts and follow-up with the service companies on account receivables
* Prepare journals and accruals as well as monthly audit schedules
* Handles day-to-day accounting functions
* Establishing, coordinating and administering adequate internal controls with proper check and balance procedures to ensure accuracy, timeliness, proper recording and filing, and integrity of all key transactions and activities
* Assist in handling interim and year-end statutory audit
Requirements:
* ACCA/Degree or Diploma in Accountancy
* Min 3 years of relevant experience
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of ACCPAC would be an advantage
* Ability to multi-task, an eye for details and work within timeline
