Requirements:
* Degree in Accountant in Local Universities or equivalent professional diplomas
* ** At least 2 to 3 years Group Consolidation experience in commercial is a Must
* familiar with financial reporting standards (FRS) & relevant accounting standards
* proficient in MS Office
* a team player with initiative, good interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

* Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma or Degree of Accountancy
* At least 3years of relevant experience
* Bilingual
* 1) Keeping full set of books
* 2) Consolidation of divisional financial results on a quarterly basis
* 3) Perform quarterly variance analysis of financial results (including Profit and loss, Balance Sheet and Sales Variance Analysis)
* 4) Completion of divisional consolidation package
* 5) Preparation of quarterly divisional Cash flow statement
* 6) Review consolidation package submitted by subsidiaries to ensure accuracy and compliance with group policies and financial reporting standards
* 7) Liaise with external auditors in respect of year-end audit
* 
Complete financial statements for annual statutory reporting
* 9) Liaise with China office
* Group Accounts
* 1) Perform inter-company elimination
* 2) Enter divisional consolidated numbers into group consolidation package
* 3) Assist in preparation of group financial statements for annual statutory reporting
* 4) Assist in preparation of quarterly announcement of results
* 5) Undertake ad-hoc assignments
* 5 working days
