Our client portfolio includes architects, building contractors, exhibition contractors, lift installation contractors, food caterers, manufacturers and dealers of building materials, semi-conductor products, investment holding companies, management of holiday resorts and subsidiaries of overseas multinationals, etc. Among our clients are a major lift installation company, subsidiaries of a major French holiday resort operator and a subsidiary of a major leading book publisher in the United States of America. We have been recently involved in Sarbanes-Oxley Act reporting in respect of an audit of internal control over financial reporting performed in conjunction with audit of financial statements of our client who is a subsidiary of a listed company in USA.
Audit Manager
Responsibilities:
* Provide audit services to a portfolio of diversified clients
* Supervision of audit seniors and assistants
* Review of audit workpapers and highlight points for attention of partners
* Preparation of statutory financial statements in accordance with SFRS
* Preparing management letter on internal control issues identified during audit
Requirements:
· Recognized Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification. (ACCA, CPA).
· At least 5 years relevant audit experience in a senior / supervisory level.
· Good understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, auditing and accounting standards.
· Experience in reporting to group auditors, corporate tax and GST
· Excellent communication skills to work effectively and efficiently across all levels.
· Analytical with good inter-personal skills and enjoys challenges.
· Independent and good team player
