TYT Corporation Pte Ltd has been established since 1990 for the marketing, distribution and installation of top of the range Workshop Storage System and Vertical Carousel/Vertical Lift (Automated Storage & Retrieval system). Since 2003, the Company has introduced a new range of products on Office System Furniture, Document AO Filing Cabinet and Mobile Shelving System/Compactors to further expand our market shares. Accounts Assistant
Qualifications & Requirements:
* GCE O’ levels or LCCI Intermediate book-keeping
* Minimum 3 years experience in similar position
* Proficient in Microsoft office.
* Working knowledge in QuickBooks preferred.
* Good working attitude and good team player.
* Excellent skills in communication and collaboration.
* Meticulous and have an eye for details.
* Ability to work within tight timelines.
* Must be able to multi-tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in partial sets of accounts in accounts payable or accounts receivable.
* Supplier invoices and payments processing.
* Customer invoicing and receipts processing.
* Daily accounting system data entry updates.
* Support month end closing activities.
* Ad hoc duties assigned by Accounts Supervisor.

Working hours & location:
* Monday – Thursday 8.30am to 6.00pm, Friday – 8.30am to 5.30pm and alternate Saturday 8.30am – 12.30pm.
