* Simple Admin duties
* Data Entry
* Update data into system
* Adhoc duties
* 5 days work week 9.00am – 6.00pm
* Duration: Immediate – 2months
* Temp Admin Assistant – (Ang Mo Kio)
* Basic Admin duties
* Data Entry
* Handling emails
* Co-ordination Work
* Purchasing process
* Adhoc duties
* 5 days work week 8.30am – 6.00pm
* Duration: Immediate – 6months
* Position 3: Temp Admin cum Account Assistant – (Dover)
* Handling on Accounts Payable
* Issuing of cheques
* Data Entry
* Prepare payment
* Ordering of stationery
* Adhoc duties
* 5 days work week 8.30am – 6.00pm
* Duration: Immediate – 3months
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. Job role in Clerk or equivalent.
* 6 Part-Time, Contract and Temporary position available.
