Finance Manager
We are a fast growing PRC shipbuilding group listed on the mainboard of the Singapore Stock Exchange.
Finance Manager
Responsibilities:
* Support the Chief Financial Officer in relation to all financial activities of the Group;
* Maintain management accounts of the holding company, and also consolidation of the subsidiaries in China and Hong Kong;
* Review and ensure management accounts of subsidiaries are prepared in accordance to the Singapore FRS
* Prepare quarterly financial announcements to meet the SGX requirements;
* Oversee internal controls and handle statutory audit requirements of the Group
Requirements:
* Singapore CPA preferred
* Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting and familiar with Singapore FRS requirements
* Preferably with some audit experience and exposure to Chinese companies
* Hands-on, committed and self-motivated, with good interpersonal skills.
* Have a keen eye for details and able to work under pressure
* Willingness to travel
