Responsibilities:
* Preparing Export Permit Documents
* Invoice Billing for Local and Export
* Liaise with Logistics/Sales on billing discrepancies
* Maintain purchase price in purchasing/billing system
* Daily Cash Payment to suppliers
* Maintain Cash Register and Petty Cash Payments
* General Admin ie calls, faxes, mail
Requirements:
* N / O levels and above with basic knowledge in accounting
* At least 1 year’s experience handling invoice billing and export documentation.
* Applicants must be willing to work on Saturdays.
* Only Singaporean / SPR needs to apply for this position.
