Deputy Director (Treasury)
Responsibilities:
* Review, recommend and implement agreed strategies relating to funding projects for the Group (including regional mobile associates)
* Provide treasury support for investment and divestment activities within the Group
* Support financial valuation and analysis support to projects involving treasury
* Supervise and manage treasury operation functions which include bank accounts maintenance, bankers guarantee management and banking system implementation
* Review and implement treasury related policies and procedures within the Group (including regional mobile associates)
* Drive adoption of best practice treasury policies for the Group especially the associates
* Any other projects as assigned
Requirements:
* Degree with at least 8 years of experience in Corporate Treasury
* Knowledge of telco operations and its related business environment will be advantageous
* Comprehensive knowledge of financial techniques, instruments and capital markets
* Hands-on debt financing experience
* Excellent business sense and critical/ analytical aptitude
* Marco outlook on business and markets and sound decision-making skills
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Able to lead and coach subordinates
* Ability to work under stress and tight deadlines particularly in volatile market environment
* Strong project management skills
