Responsibilities:
* • Supporting the structuring and execution of transactions
* • Developing financial models and company valuations
* • Preparing presentations, information memorandums and other documents
* • Analysing and revieing industry-specific/capital markets information
* • Working directly with client management teams and investors
Requirements:
* • To demonstrate academic and extracurricular achievement
* • Possess strong analytical, quantitative and interpersonal skills with previous background in Corporate Finance or Private Equity experience from a banking or industry background
* • Valuation and modeling experiences is required
* • Exceptional candidates with different profiles and no relevant work experience will be considered if financially numerate
