Group Accountant ( 6 months contract )
Responsibilities:
* Prepare monthly group consolidated financial statements for management reporting purpose
* Prepare quarterly results announcements to SGX
* Liaise with external auditor for year-end audit and company secretary on corporate secretarial matters
* Assist in ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
* Degree in Accountancy / ACCA with at least 3 years of relevant experience
* CPA Singapore / ICPAS member preferred
* Familiar with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and SGX Listing requirement. Prior experience in public listed company is an added advantage
* Sound knowledge and experience in consolidation is a must
* Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese languages
* Meticulous and possess good personality and integrity
* Able to commit for 6 months from January to June 2011
