Hr Manager Asst $4k-$5k/Accounts AR/Credit Control Asst/Sales Admin
Responsibilities:
Asst Human Resource Manager
*Town – Orchard road
Salary: $4000 – $5000
Working hour: 9am – 6pm (Mon-Fri)
* Support the Manager in the development and implementation of various HR strategies, policies and initiatives which include recruitment and retention, staff engagement, learning and development, employee relations/welfare and general HR administration.
* 1. Manage ad-hoc projects and assignments.
* 2. Manage office administration and related activities including vendor management.
Requirements:
* Diploma/ Degree/ professional qualification in Human Resource Management
* Hands-on and operational individual with 4-5 years’ experience in full spectrum of HR activities and officeadministrative function
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal and organizing skills
* Able to multi-task, work independently and under pressure
* Positive attitude and resourceful

Accounts AR/ Credit Control Asst – 2 posts
Location: West + Transport
Salary: $1700 – $2000
Working hour: 8am – 5.30pm (Mon-Fri)
Accounts Receivable Function
1. Manage customer accounts as assigned, including offsetting of payments.
2. Assist Executive to review and release orders on credit hold through close liaison with Sales dept and customers.
3. Monitor ageing of customer accounts.
4. Liaise with customers and Business units on claims, refunds, disputes and payments
Requirements:
* O level/ LCCI/ Diploma with 1-3 years Accounts Receivable/ Credit Control experience
* Knowledge of SAP advantage.

Sales Administrator/ Co-ordinator ($1800 – $2100) – 4 posts
Location: West/ East + Transport
• Responsible for the processing of customer orders
• Liaise and coordinate with supplier on delivery issues

* O/A Level/ Diploma with 2-3 years sales admin support/ order processing/ related experience.
* Proficient in MS Office Applications..

Working hour: 9am – 6pm (Mon-Fri)
Receptionist at West
Salary: $1500 – $1700
Working hour: 9am – 6pm (Mon-Fri)

*Store Asst/ General Worker/ Operator (2-3mth) at East/ North-East – 4 posts
*$6-$7.50/hr Admin Asst/ Receptionist/ Customer Service Asst (2-3mths) West – 10 posts
*10 Customer Service Assts (3mth/6mth) at Changi Airport Watch dutyfree shop w/ taxi claims

Requirements:
