Personal Banking Associate (Ref:372/1210/WB/WT)
Responsibilities:
You will be actively involved in understanding your customers’ financial needs, providing them with timely information, advice and recommendation of suitable wealth management products. You will also market and sell our wide range of consumer banking and investment products which includes insurance, structured deposits and unit trusts etc. Through a structured training program designed to give you a head start in your career in Consumer Banking, you will be trained by professional trainers and line managers who will help you to build up your capabilities and selling skills.
Requirements:
* Possess a recognized degree or diploma in any discipline with less than 3 years pre-qualifying work experience in a sales related role.
* Be passionate in sales and results oriented
* Have a strong interpersonal skills and enjoy communicating with people from all walks of life
* Demonstrate high level of energy and positive attitude
* Be able to commit to long working hours
