All Saints Home provides residential nursing care in a Christian environment for the elderly sick regardless of races and religions. All Saints Home is a Voluntary Welfare organisation (VWO). It operates in two different locations, one in Tampines vicinity and another in Kovan/Hougang area.
Admin & Finance Manager
Responsibilities:
* Lead the Finance & HR team in the day-to-day operations
* Establish good internal financial control systems to minimize risks exposure
* Formulate and implement strategic HR policies and practices
* Liaising with Auditors, Secretarial and Board of Directors
Requirements:
* Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent, CPA qualification
* Min 5 years of working experience in Finance and HR
* Strong leadership qualities, high level of integrity, drive and result-oriented
* Strong analytical skills and able to relate well with people at all levels
