Accounts Supervisor
Responsibilities:
* Assist Assistant Accountant in the day to day running of finance and operations functions
* Monitor credit control and debt collection by staff from local customers, overseas agents and related companies
* Review of reconciliation by staff with local customers, overseas agents and related companies and intervene in disputes resolutions
* Review of data entries by staff on supplier invoices, petty cash reimbursement and other payments
* Review of Fixed Asset Register and Asset Expensed-Off Schedule by staff
* Involve in month end closing (i.e. Prepare P&L Anaysis report, Balance Sheet Schedules and Aging
* Involve in quarterly GST submission
* Ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial and management reports.
Requirements:
* Possess Diploma in Accounting or equivalent with minimum 4 years of working experience
* Must be able to understand the operation procedures and work closely with operation team
* Must be a hands-on person and able to handle mult-tasking
* Good knowledge in MS Excel
* Must be patient and independent
* Must be able to read and communicate in Mandarin as the job requires dealings with Chinese counterparts
* Able to lead a small team of accounting staff
