Regional Controller
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the reporting requirements for both Asia Pacific region and Corporate as well as South East Asia
* Work with both Corporate & Regional Finance teams as well as respective functional/business teams to meet the reporting requirements
* Lead and manage the annual budgeting and regular forecasting process
* Work with both Corporate & Regional Finance teams and functional/business teams to plan, coordinate and consolidate the budget and forecasts
* Perform analysis review and highlight variances for business management
* Lead and manage the business controlling activities for the region, including markets profitability, sales reporting, margin variance analysis and pricing
* Ensure that business tools available are being utilized in the most optimal manner
* Process owner for both Controlling and Business Interface
* Provide financial analysis and project support for Projects / initiatives, either as a supporting member and/or team leader as and when required
Requirements:
* A recognized Degree in Accountancy / Certified Public Accountant / Chartered Accountant, or equivalent professional qualification with at least 5-6 years relevant experience and proven track record in a progressive MNC.
* Asia Pacific and Regional HQ experience is preferred
* ERP knowledge and experiences required, SAP exposure preferred
* Strong in Microsoft Office Application, particularly MS Excel and preferably MS Access
* Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
* Good sense of business acumen and business partnering
* Hands-on and willing to deal with details
* Resourceful and able to work in matrix structure
* Work well with tight timelines
* Good communication and interpersonal Skills
* A team player
