Responsibilities:
Purpose Of Job:
* To lead a team and ensure reporting and analysis requirement in terms of accuracy, quality and consistency is met in most efficient manner.
* Supports management in analyzing opportunities to optimize for higher degree of organization.
Supervisory Responsibility:
* Lead and motivate team in their sphere of responsibility.
Functional Responsibility:
* Develop and ensure that reporting activities are being performed in systematic and efficient manner.
* Assist in preparation of management reports.
* Lead and manage reporting requirements.
* Lead and manage annual budgeting and regular forecasting process and reporting requirements.
* Perform analysis, review and understand variances.
* Perform annual budgeting.
Adhoc Projects:
* Provide financial analysis and project support for projects and initiatives.
Key Performance Indicators:
* Timely and accurate reporting.
* Timely and efficient budget and forecast process.
* In depth analysis.
* Optimisation of processes and workflows.
Requirements:
* Qualifications:
o Degree in Accountancy/Finance.
o At least 6 to 8 years in related field.
IT Knowledge:
o Strong in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel.
o Strong in accounting software.

o Good business acumen.
