Senior Executive of Operations (Listed Financial Services)
Responsibilities:
* Reporting to the Head of Operations.
* Assist the Head of Operations to provide support to the Business Development team
* Provide on-the-job training to team members
* Secretary to the Management Committee and required to prepare Board papers for discussion and approval from time to time
* Claims and recovery work in respect of all businesses of the company such as credit insurance, bonds and guarantees, etc
* Prepare, update claims and recovery records for Management and Actuarial analysis
* Prepare, vet and review documentation support for credit insurance, bonds and guarantees, etc
* Attend creditors meeting, liaise with clients and brokers
Requirements:
* Degree in Business, preferably with strong mathematics background
* Minimum 4 years working experience with supervisory experience
* A self-starter, resilient with proven leadership abilities, strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
* Possess strong drive and highly motivated
* Excellent thinking and communication skills
* Thoroughly organized in work and time management
