Temp Tax Asst/Executive – 4 months (Marine Offshore, Beach Rd)
SGD 3000 – 4000
Responsibilities:
* Collate expats PIT information from HR & Finance.
* Prepare tax computation for IR8A/Appendix
* Complete Form IR8A/Appendix
* Forward Form IR8A/Appendix to HR before 1 Mar 2011
* Log in IRAS PIN to check the details in Form B1 is in order per IR8A
* Print a copy & forward to respective expats for acknowledgement/signature
* E-file Form B1 by 15 Apr 2011. Attach tax computation together with signed IR8A and email to IRAS. Print acknowledgment page for file
* Once Notice of Assessment(NOA) is received from IRAS. Verify NOA for payment.
* Provide expats with a copy of NOA for their records. Any objection to be filed within 30 days.
Requirements:
* Able to commit Jan to Apr 2011
* Able to start work immediately or short notice
* Prior experience in PIT is required.
