Responsibilities:
You will attend to customer calls and email enquiries/requests promptly with excellent customer service standards, as well as effectively generate leads for PFS. You will ensure that all proceedings are compliant with Audit, adhering to Regulatory Compliance guidelines. Additionally, you are also required to assist in other projects assigned, and ensuring that they are completed to the specified standards.
Requirements:
Along with a Degree/Diploma in Banking a Finance, you should have minimum 1 year of experience in a retail banking environment. Coupled with sound knowledge of banking products and services, you should also be able to multi-task independently under pressure and be willing to work on rotating shifts. Good interpersonal and communication skills are highly essential.
