You will adopt the bank’s needs-based sales approach to help our clients plan for their future. In doing so, you will develop and implement financial plans using insurance solutions to fulfil clients’ needs for protection, savings, investments, children’s education and retirement needs. The bank will provide support through lead opportunities for you to reach out to our extensive client base.
Along with a recognised tertiary qualification and certification in HI and CMFAS Modules 5 and 9, you should also possess the drive to excel in a sales-focused environment. In addition, you should be an effective team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
