Accounts Executive (East – near MRT)
Responsibilities:
* Able to handle Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable
* Prepare GST schedules for submission
* Preparation of data & statistics informations for government surveys
* Assist in administrative and other accounting duties in the finance department
* Provide support to Finance Manager
Requirements:
* Min GCE ‘A’ level or Diploma in Accounting
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel (vlookup & pivot)
* Able to communicate in English & Mandarin (require to liaise with chinese speaking clients via email & phone)
* At least 2 years of relevant working experience
* Able to work under pressure and be committed
* Able to start work immediately or within short notice
* Only Singaporean or Singapore PR need to apply
