Accounts Executive (1 Year Contract)
Responsibilities:
Handle full set of accounts and all aspects of the financial accounting matters
Ensure proper internal controls and procedures
Perform monthly closing of accounts
Prepare GST submission
Prepare monthly audit schedules, financial and management reports
Manage debt collection and cash flow
Provide administration support to the management
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in handling full set of accounts, with at least a diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualifications
Hands-on with strong aptitude for computer software
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Meticulous and good team player
Able to meet tight deadline
Able to work independently in fast paced environment
Applicants must be Singaporean or Singapore PR
