Accountant
Responsibilities:
* Review and enhance financial accounting system and internal accounting control procedures
* Responsible for a full spectrum of financial accounting duties including handling AR, AP, Payroll, and GL closing, costing of services, fixed assets maintenance, month-end closing; preparing financial reports and financial analysis.
* Review journal entries, bank reconciliation and schedules by staff as well as prepare and ensure timely and accurate submission of GST and company tax computation to IRAS.
* Maintain up to-date record of cash flow projection, ensure timely billing of services and follow-up on outstanding receivables, prepare data and statistics for submission to the Statistics Department of MOF and other agencies as well as liaise with Cluster/MOH on subvention and ensure correct computation.
Requirements:
* Degree in Accountancy/ACCA with at least 3 years’ relevant experience in financial accounting
* Audit experience preferred
* Meticulous and analytical
* Able to work under pressure, cope with tight deadlines and multi-task
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and accounting software
* Excellent communications, interpersonal and presentation skills
