Compliance Specialist/ Internal Audit
Responsibilities:
In this newly created role, you and your team members are responsible for the company-wide assurance of product compliance for our over 130 products. Your responsibilities include:
* Reviewing compliance of our products with their respective agreements
* Assessing appropriateness of processes to ensure compliance
* Following-up on overdue and non-compliance issues and initiating appropriate measures to remediation
* Supporting the further development of the product compliance software
* Training of employees involved in product compliance
Requirements:
For this challenging position we are looking for a person with a university degree in legal studies or business administration with a focus on compliance or internal audit. You have already gained some working experience in the areas of compliance, internal audit or legal. A background in the financial industry (banking, fund administration) is a plus. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential as well as an excellent command of the English language. Furthermore, interested candidates should have good computer skills and be proficient in MS Office.
In addition, the successful candidate should be a fast learner with strong analytical, methodical and problem-solving skills. You are persistent in dealing with people and have an affinity to financial industry.
