Officer, Asset Services (Corporate Actions)
Responsibilities:
Our client is a leading foreign financial institution with a reputation for solid growth within the region. They are seeking for an experienced and capable individual to take on this role within the Securities Operations team.
You will be part of a dynamic team servicing Corporate Actions for global markets. You will monitor and ensure processing of all transactions. You are also expected to interact with both internal stakeholders and external clients, addressing and managing all clients’ queries. In addition, you will work with counterparties and bridge client and counterparty relation to improve client experience on asset transfer. You will be involved in ongoing projects within the department for process improvements.
Requirements:
* Degree in Banking and Finance, Accountancy or Business
* 3 years in corporate actions or custody operations
* Detailed and process oriented individual
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
