Accounts Manager – Barnsburry Engineering
Establish Company in Jurong/Tuas requires:
Accounts Manager
Responsibilities:
* Manage the smooth running of daily accounting and financial transactions & activities, together with the presentation of timely monthly final accounts
* Monthly closing of accounts including overseas rep offices of all general accounting activities including the accuracy and timeliness
* Support Directors and General Manager in accounting and financial matters
* Manage coordination of cash flow, payments and receipts, submission of full accounts for audit
* Manage effective internal controls, timely filing of statutory forms, GST returns, insurance cover
* Any other responsibilities as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
* At least 3 – 5 years relevant experience with relevant supervisory experience
* Minimum a Diploma in Accountancy and above, with practical experience in UBS software
* Experience in managing full set of accounts independently (BS, P&L, GL, AR, AP, Cashflow, Assets, Payroll & Budgeting)
* Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and deadline driven environment
* Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
* Systematic, organized and meticulous in work behavior and procedure
* Team player and multi-tasking abilities in a SME environment
* Pleasant looking, proactive and cheerful disposition
