ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
Responsibilities:
* Supplier invoices and payments processing
* Employees’ claims processing
* Assist in bank reconciliations
* Maintain fixed assets register
* Other ad-hoc duties assigned by manager
Requirements:
* Diploma in Accounting and equivalent with minimum 2 to 4 years’ relevant experience in similar position
* Proficient in Microsoft office and ACCPAC
* A mature self-starter who is able to work independently and as a team
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Meticulous and have an eye for details
* Ability to work within tight timelines
* Position open only to Singaporeans and Singapore PRs
