AVP/VP, Legal & Regulations (ISDA)
Our client, a major foreign bank with diversified global portfolio, is looking for a suitable candidate for the abovementioned position. This is a additional headcount due to expansion.
Responsibilities:
# Research on legal and regulatory requirements of derivatives products including withholding tax, offshore marketing during the process of products development
# Adjust ISDA documentation according to the laws and regulations of each country in APAC
# Work with counterparts and staff of each offices in APAC for the above duties
Requirements:
# Degree holder
# At least 5 years’ experience in research or legal section of Treasury Department or Investment Banking Department
# Candidates with lesser years of experience might be considered for AVP role
# Experience in ISDA documentation is preferred
# Possess effective communication and presentation skills in English
